7 Northward Street is a commercial warehouse development, with pre-cast panel walls and structural steel mezzanine floor and roof. Protest was fully involved with engineering support, including structural, geotechnical & civil engineering design.
The Project
Our Solution
A key challenge on this site was the restrictions surrounding a sewer main running through the site. To maximise useable area, Protest proposed integrating the pre-cast panels directly with the site retaining walls and avoiding changing of levels and excess loadings on council services. Protest assisted with on-site support during construction, ensuring all aspects were delivered to client satisfaction.
