It was a crisp morning last Friday when the team stepped onto the green at Redcliffe Golf Club to support Soldier On Australia and the family of our own Dannielle Sertori.
Jason Sertori, Dannielle’s father-in-law was a husband, father, grandfather and friend of many who tragically lost his battle with PTSD last year. The golf day was held in his memory and to bring much needed awareness to the mental health battles our active and veteran service members experience.
For the Protest team, it was an enjoyable day with a whole range of golf shots played. The day gave our people the chance to reflect and better understand the mental health challenges faced by so many Australians every day.
