You know it’s going to be a good day when it starts with a morning tea learning forum hosted by Engineers Australia!
For Protest Engineering’s compliance team, Zach Meredith and Oliver Smeaton, the morning started with a hot cup of coffee and delicious treats to munch on while listening to the Timea Steptoe. Timea is the Registrar from the Board Of Professional Engineers of QLD BPEQ and provided a highly level overview of the requirements of RPEQ Engineers.
An RPEQ registration demonstrates an engineer’s qualification, competency and experience and ongoing commitment to development and learning.
Timea also gave great insights into the rules and regulations around direct supervision of the regiration applicants for RPEQ.
Thanks very much to Engineers Australia for the opportunity to hear from an expert in the RPEQ space. Many of our engineers are currently going through the RPEQ process and we can’t wait to share their progress with you soon!
