The Protest Civil Engineering team has evolved from working closely with our Structural and Geotechnical teams to provide economic and practical solutions to everyday problems in the built environment. Working closely with other internal engineering disciplines allows us to fully understand our clients needs and deliver the best and most innovative infrastructure solutions. We continually strive for excellence both in the service we offer and the results we deliver.

Civil engineering is intrinsically linked to a full understanding of the ground conditions and being able to interpret this information to provide optimum solutions that can save time and money. Being able to work closely with the Protest geotechnical team ensures we explore all possible options for, what is usually, the project’s most significant cost and time components. Fully understanding the ground conditions can save significant costs related to foundation design and earthworks and ensures that lifecycle problems are mitigated. The combination of this, together with many years of industry experience, makes Protest well placed to provide the best advice for all our client’s needs.

Our team draws on the wide experience of the individuals whose extensive experience in all fields of Civil Engineering ensures strong relationships with clients and industry partners. We aim to work with our clients to shape the urban and rural landscape and create people centric environments that not only meet the brief but extend into ensuring our designs are sustainable and designed for future communities. Creating sustainable infrastructure designs that meet the needs of the ever-changing environment is what we do the best. We work with our clients to fully understand and interrogate their brief to ensure we identify all their requirements. We appoint a project leader to liaise with the client and wider team to ensure we create and maintain good communication throughout the project. The aim of the project leader is to ensure we have fully understood the brief, deliver against it, and maintain total client satisfaction. We appoint the best team suited to the job and they operate under the guidance of the project leader. We ensure they interact with the wider team and maximise the value and experience of our internal people.
