About the Role:
This role will require you to provide administration support to our professional geotechnical engineering division. Your work will be interesting and varied and will need to comply with company procedures and policies.
We have a young and energetic team but work very hard in a dynamic and demanding industry.
- Administrative support to branch including organisation and coordination of staff and resources
- Creating and formatting professional tenders and reports from standard templates
- Managing business project management software
- Project coordination
- File management
- Policy and procedure development and management
- Partake in meetings and taking minutes
- Management of email accounts and work schedules
