Protest Engineering values the importance placed on the effort graduates have put in completing their studies, and the growth and experience achieved earlier in our careers.
Graduate Program
Protest Engineering value the effort our school leavers and graduates have put in during their studies. We offer our recruits growth and experience by providing exposure to the range of technical and managerial services the Protest group offers. In addition, we coach our team to develop practice areas that they find exciting and rewarding.
We provide clear pathways for the professional accreditation of our engineers and technologists through our partnership with Engineers Australia’s workforce credentialling program and local technical colleges.
Our dedicated Engineers Australia resources work closely with our teams to:
- guide employees through what they’ll need for their assessments
- conduct pre-assessments
- conduct interview assessments
- advise applicants of their assessment outcomes and formalise their credentials.
In addition, Protest offers awards to exceptional employees, which include sponsorship of further vocational training to support a career in engineering and enrolment within Engineers Australia’s Future Leaders program, which provides skills they’ll need to develop for a Chartered credential, plus important interpersonal skills to help them become well-rounded business leaders.
Protest enables our employees to access a rewarding career in engineering by providing a clear career pathway from school leavers to graduates and even experienced trades and professionals. We offer careers in business support, construction material and field testing, drilling, geoscience consulting, engineering management and design.
